CU Service Centers

In addition to our credit union's four locations, you may use any of the Credit Union Service Center (CUSC) offices. Credit Union Service Centers are offices shared by hundreds of individual credit unions cooperating to provide more ways for credit union members to conveniently access accounts, products, and services. CUSCs feature extended office hours and convenience for members at more than 5,000+ offices nationwide. You can request transactions by providing the CUSC with the Credit Union's name, your account number, and your picture identification. Below are services that CUSCs may provide for you:

Making Shared Branching Easier and More Secure!
Do you enjoy the convenience of using our Shared Branching when traveling, or on vacation, or maybe you have moved? Shared Branching allows you to have easy access to your account at thousands of participating credit unions nationwide. If you use a Shared Branching location and have an out-of-state ID, a teller can now
identify and authenticate members in the branch using a QR code and one-time passcode multi-factor authentication verification process called IDCheck. This will be used for loan payments, cashier’s checks, deposits, withdrawals, transfers and account inquiries.
How it works:
Scan the QR code located in the branch.
Select your credit union’s name from the dropdown list.
Enter your member number and the last four digits of your social security number.
Upload a photo of your ID front and back.
Take a selfie.
Receive your one-time passcode and show it to the teller (the passcode is valid
for 20 minutes.)
