Regulation GG: Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act
Effective June 1, 2010. The purpose of the regulation is to prevent unlawful internet gambling by focusing on "restricted transactions" for business accounts; transactions for proceeds received by businesses for unlawful internet gambling betting or wagering.
NAE will not tolerate these transactions and will not open accounts for businesses who appear to be engaging in this type of activity. Existing business members engaging in this activity through conducting "restricted transactions" may have their accounts closed.

NAE collects standard non-identifying information about visits to our site, such as date and time visited, IP address, city, state, and country. This information is used to compile standard statistics on site use.
Visitors to NAE's website will remain anonymous unless you choose to provide personal information in order to apply for credit union membership or credit union products and services. If you have provided personal identifying information on one of our application forms or by e-mail, the information will only be used to communicate with you to handle your request. We may, from time to time, provide you with information on special loan or savings promotions. No personal information is sold or transferred to other parties.
